COOK ELECTRICAL CARES ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

With roots deep into the Jacksonville community, Cook Electrical is committed to the children and families of the area through its active participation in several non-profit organizations.

One notable group that Cook Electrical has supported since 1990 is Dreams Come True, a local organization that grants "wishes" for children battling life-threatening illnesses in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. From trips to amusement parks, to shopping sprees, meeting celebrities, catching blue marlins or seeing the volcanoes in Hawaii, Dreams Come True, with the help of generous companies such as Cook Electrical, gives a child a sense of hope and creates memories of a lifetime for the child and family.

In addition, Cook Electrical is a vigorous supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. For the last 10 years, Cook Electrical has participated in various fund-raising events and activities to help raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis (CF). CF is a life-threatening, genetic disease affecting approximately 60,000 people worldwide. Cook Electrical believes in the foundation's efforts to improve the quality of life for people affected by this deadly disease, and actively works to help them achieve this goal.
